Jason Smith has been an avid rock hound for most of his life, but more recently has taken an interest in becoming a lapidary artist and silversmith. Jason started his lapidary experience in 2018, and he had a thirst for knowledge and learned a variety of mediums in stonework, cabochons, faceting, and carving different types of materials. Jason started silversmithing in early 2019, again with the same thirst for knowledge. Jason has an eye for detail and enjoys creating unique pieces of art and jewelry influenced by both southwestern and contemporary jewelry styles. He always pushed to create something to be enjoyed for years to come.
